Return
- salinshome.be uses a return period of 14 calendar days after delivery of the product.
- The cost of return from your home to the webshop is for your own account. We recommend that the product is sent registered and / or insured.
- Because shipping is at the risk of the sender, the package must be properly packed. Please return the goods complete and in original packaging and undamaged. We will refund the order / product amount paid by you excluding shipping costs within 14 days of receipt.
- Due to hygienic reasons the product must NOT have been used.
- We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to make the original transaction.

RETURN PROCESS ROADMAP
For a smooth handling it is advisable to follow the steps below.
STEP 1
First contact our customer service to let us know that you want to return a product. This can be done by WhatsApp : +32 491 76 81 23 or by email: salinshome@icloud.com ( recommended )
STEP 2
Include the order confirmation/invoice with the return/revocation form in the package being returned.
STEP 3
Pack the goods with the invoice, including all accessories, in a sturdy shipping package. Please keep in mind that some products are very delicate. Secure and impact-resistant packaging can prevent damage and decrease in value.
